Abstract (de)
Um ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Blister- oder Skin-Verpackungseinheit, so weiter zu bilden, daß diese hinsichtlich Präsentierungsfunktion und Diebstahlsicherung wirtschaftlicher herstellbar ist, bei gleichzeitig verbesserter Trennbarkeit der verwendeten Materialien für deren Entsorgung, wird vorgeschlagen, daß unter das Trägermaterial (3) eine Unterfolie (2) gelegt wird, auf der das bedruckte Trägermaterial (3), das mit ausgestanzten, die Warenfelder (4) begrenzenden Durchbrüchen (6) versehen ist, aufliegt, daß die einzelnen Waren (4) auf diese Warenfelder aufgelegt und mit Oberfolie (5) abgedeckt wird, die auf die Ware (4) und das Trägermaterial (3) im Vakuumziehverfahren aufgezogen wird, wobei im Bereich der Durchbrüche (6) die Überlappungsbereiche der ersten und der aufliegenden Oberfolie (2, 5) zur Herstellung einer lösbaren Verbindung (7) verpreßt werden, und daß schließlich die mit Ware (4) versehenen, beidseits mit Unter- bzw. Oberfolie (2, 5) abgedeckten Warenfelder vereinzelt werden, wozu der Fördertisch (15) über mindestens ein mit Mitnehmern (17) bestücktes Kettentrum oder Vorschubgestänge (18) verfügt, wobei an den Mitnehmern (17) Nasen (19) angeformt sind, die einen verjüngenden Spalt (20) zur Fördertischebene (21) hin bilden, und wobei in den sich verjüngenden Spalt (20) die untere Folie (2) und das Trägermaterial (3) für den Vorschub auf der Fördertischebene (21) einlegbar sind. <IMAGE>
