Abstract (en)
Away from the building (A) containing the user station (Pi), a safety building (B) is made which contains at least one source (2; 7; 10) of active gas, for example an apparatus (2) for in situ production of this active gas, advantageously associated with a purification apparatus (4), for supplying the active gas, optionally mixed in a controlled manner (at 6) with a carrier gas coming from a pure source (1) via a high-purity safety pipeline (C), to the user station (Pi). Application in particular to the fabrication of electronic components.

A distance du bâtiment (A) renfermant le poste utilisateur (Pi), est aménagé un bâtiment de sécurité (B) renfermant au moins une source (2 ; 7 ; 10) de gaz actif, par exemple un appareil (2) de production in situ de ce gaz actif, avantageusement associée à un appareil de purification (4), pour fournir le gaz actif, éventuellement mélangé de façon contrôlée (en 6) avec un gaz vecteur provenant d'une source propre (1), via une canalisation de sûreté à haute propreté (C), au poste d'utilisation (Pi). Application notamment à la fabrication de composants électroniques.
