It also comprises a device for creating a partial vacuum and means allowing a circulation of air inside the enclosure, this assembly being constituted by a centrifugal group 5 associated with an air inlet duct 13 opening out, at 16, into the enclosure and with an air extraction duct 19 connected, at 18, to the enclosure, the air inlet duct and the air extraction duct being separated from one another at least in the region of the centrifugal group.
