A colour-photographic silver-halide material having at least one silver-halide emulsion layer which contains, in one layer, a compound of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R1 is H or optionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl or cycloalkyl, R2 is H or optionally substituted alkyl, aryl or aralkyl or a polymer chain, R3 is H, OH, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, halogen, NHR4, O-CO-R4, O-CO-NHR4 or an optionally substituted oxazoline ring, R4 is optionally substituted or alkyl, aralkyl or aryl, m is 2 or 3, and n is from 2 to 10,000, or a compound of the formula II <IMAGE> in which R1, R3, n and m are as defined above and may be identical or different, and R5 is optionally substituted alkylene, arylene, aralkylene or a polyaddition or polycondensation chain, is distinguished by reduced fogging for the same sensitivity.

Ein farbfotografisches Silberhalogenidmaterial mit wenigstens einer Silberhalogenidemulsionsschicht, das in einer Schicht eine Verbindung der Formel I <IMAGE> enthält, worin R1: H oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Aralkyl oder Cycloalkyl; R2: H oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkyl, Aryl oder Aralkyl oder eine Polymerkette; R3: H, OH, Alkyl, Aryl, Aralkyl, Halogen, NHR4, O-CO-R4, O-CO-NHR4 oder einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Oxazolinring; R4: gegebenenfalls substituiertes oder Alkyl, Aralkyl oder Aryl; m: 2 oder 3, n: 2 bis 10.000, oder eine Verbindung der Formel II <IMAGE> enthält, worin R1, R3, n und m die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und gleich oder verschieden sein können und R5: gegebenenfalls substituiertes Alkylen, Arylen, Aralkylen oder eine Polyaddition-, Polykondensations- oder ein Polymerisationskette bedeuten, zeichnet sich durch verminderten Schleier bei gleicher Empfindlichkeit aus.
