By the use of two misspicks (5, 6) during the pile change for three-pick pile fabrics, the same tie-off as in a pile change for four-pick pile fabric is achieved. A three-pick terry fabric thus has a fabric pattern which is identical to the fabric pattern of a four-pick terry fabric. <IMAGE>

Durch die Anwendung von zwei Leerschüssen (5, 6) beim Florwechsel für Dreischuss-Polgewebe wird die gleiche Abbindung wie bei einem Florwechsel für Vierschuss-Florgewebe erzielt. Ein Dreischuss-Frottiergewebe hat somit ein Warenbild, das dem Warenbild eines Vierschuss-Frottiergewebes gleicht. <IMAGE>
