[origin: WO9407798A1] Process to re-refine used oils, wherein the oils (A1) are initially subjected to a pretreatment (A) with a basic reagent (A2), then to a first preflash treatment (B) to eliminate the water (B1) and the most volatile fractions (B2) contained therein, and finally to a combined treatment (C) of fractional distillation and of purification to eliminate the high polymers and heavy metals, carried out into a single filled-type column (21), in order to obtain one or more fractions of re-refined oils (C3). The separation of the high polymers and heavy metals takes place, together with a cut of very heavy and viscous oils, from the bottom of the column (21) by means of a cyclone device (23). The re-refined oils (C3) are then subjected to a suitable decolorization treatment (D) and can be used as base oils for the production of lubrification oils.

Procédé destiné à reraffiner des huiles usées, selon lequel les huiles (A1) sont d'abord soumises à un traitement préalable (A) à l'aide d'un réactif basique (A2), ensuite à un premier traitement de prévaporisation (B) pour éliminer l'eau (B1) et les fractions (B2) les plus volatiles contenues dans lesdites huiles, et finalement à un traitement combiné (C) de distillation fractionnée et de purification pour éliminer les hauts polymères et les métaux lours. Ledit procédé est appliqué dans une seule colonne (21) de type plein afin d'obtenir une ou plusieurs fractions d'huiles reraffinées (C3). Le séparation des hauts polymères et des métaux lourds a lieu, avec un fractionnement d'huiles très lourdes et visqueuses, à partir du bas de la colonne (21) à l'aide d'un dispositif cyclone (23). Les huiles reraffinées (C3) sont ensuite soumises à un traitement (D) de décoloration approprié et peuvent être utilisées comme huiles de base dans la production d'huiles lubrifiantes.
