Abstract (en)
The invention relates to castings, the wearing (wear) surface of which is provided with a network of inserts (6) made from alloy with a high resistance to wear which are each surrounded by a more ductile alloy. The process for manufacturing these castings consists in casting (pouring) the more ductile alloy around the inserts (6) in a mould. In order to hold the inserts in place during casting, they are fastened on a destructible temporary support (4). These castings can be used, in particular, in cylinder crushers and in vertical crushers. <IMAGE>

L'invention vise des pièces de fonderie dont la surface d'usure est pourvue d'un réseau d'inserts (6) en alliage à haute résistance à l'usure entourés chacun d'un alliage plus ductile. Le procédé de fabrication de ces pièces consiste à couler l'alliage plus ductile autour des inserts (6) dans un moule. Pour maintenir les inserts en place durant la coulée, ceux-ci sont fixés sur un support provisoire (4) destructible. Ces pièces sont utilisables notamment dans les broyeurs à cylindres et dans les broyeurs verticaux. <IMAGE>
