Abstract (en)
The subject of the invention is a device for sealing against leaks to the atmosphere from a steam turbine, of the type including a rotor (2) located in a chamber (1), means (3) for sealing against steam at each point where the rotor (2) leaves the said chamber (1) and means (4) for supporting the rotor (2) at each of its ends, these latter means being formed by oil bearings including a cap (5) and means (6) for sealing the point where the rotor (2) passes through each of the said bearings (4). The device includes means (10) for overpressurising each zone delimited, where the rotor (2) passes through, by the chamber (1) of the turbine and by the cap (5) of the adjacent bearing (4) so as to seal against leaks of steam and/or oil throughout the operation of the said turbine. <IMAGE>

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'étanchéité des fuites à l'atmosphère d'une turbine à vapeur, du type comportant un rotor (2) disposé dans une enceinte (1), des moyens (3) d'étanchéité de la vapeur au niveau de chaque sortie du rotor (2) de ladite enceinte (1) et des moyens (4) de support du rotor (2) à chacune de ses extrémités, formés par des paliers huile comportant un couvercle (5) et des moyens (6) d'étanchéité au niveau du passage du rotor (2) dans chacun desdits paliers (4). Le dispositif comporte des moyens (10) de mise en surpression de chaque zone délimitée, au niveau du passage du rotor (2), par l'enceinte (1) de la turbine et par le couvercle (5) du palier (4) adjacent de façon à étancher les fuites de vapeur et/ou d'huile à pendant le fonctionnement de ladite turbine. <IMAGE>
