The present invention relates to a gas cooker. Cet appareil comporte, associé à au moins un bouton (1) de commande d'alimentation en gaz, un moyen (7) d'indication du réglage de puissance constitué par une barrette de diodes électroluminescente connectés en série. Le bouton (1) de commande comprend un curseur (14) susceptible d'être amené en contact avec l'un des plots séparant deux diodes pour allumer un nombre de diodes fonction de la puissance d'alimentation en gaz.
