[origin: WO9405412A1] The object of the invention is a mixing device for highly viscous to stiff substances. It consists of a plastic pipe (2) in which is fitted a specially designed stationary mixing rod (1). For the purposes of mixing, the material is pressed through the plastic pipe (2). The mixing rod (1) consists of some twelve components (3) taking the form of a double screw. The screw channels (4) are turned through 180 inside a component (3). Each component (3) is offset by 90 in relation to the two bordering components (3). There are deflecting wings (12) in the channels (4) which divert the viscous to stiff material from the pipe wall (10) towards the centre of the pipe. Thus, despite the large diameter of the pipe, the material is properly rotated to be uniformly mixed. The low production costs make the device suitable for once-only use.

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour le mélange de substances très pâteuses à consistantes. Ce dispositif comprend un tube en matière plastique (2) à l'intérieur duquel est placée une barre mélangeuse non mobile (1), d'une configuration spéciale. Les substances sont pressées à travers le tube (2) en vue d'être mélangé. La barre mélangeuse (1) comprend environ douze éléments (3) présentant la forme d'une vis à deux filets. Les filets (4) tournent de 180° à l'intérieur d'un élément (3). Chaque élément (3) est décalé de 90° par rapport aux deux éléments adjacents (3). Dans les filets (4) sont disposées des pales déflectrices (12) destinées à déplacer la substance pâteuse à consistante, de la paroi (10) du tube vers l'axe de ce tube. Il se produit de cette façon, en dépit du grand diamètre du tube, des courants tourbillonnaires de la substance assurant un mélange homogène complet. Grâce au faible coût de production, le dispositif convient pour une utilisation unique.
