[origin: WO9404361A1] In the method proposed, grooves (2, 3) which are connected to each other are machined in a base mould (7), the minimum width of the grooves corresponding to the "mesh size" (a) and the maximum width of the grooves corresponding to the maximum width of the lands (12) of the stencil carrier. The grooves (2, 3) are filled with liquid plastic which is allowed to cure while still in the grooves (2, 3) and then separated from the mould (7). This method makes it possible to produce plane stencil carriers simply, and is less complicated than prior art methods.

Selon le nouveau procédé de fabrication de porte-écran pour la sérigraphie, des rainures (2, 3) reliées entre elles sont pratiquées dans un moule de base (7) et leur largeur intérieure correspond à "la maille d'écran" (a) et leur largeur maximale correspond à la largeur maximale des intervalles (12) du porte-écran. Les rainures (2, 3) sont remplies de plastique liquide qui est ensuite durci dans lesdites rainures (2, 3) pour être finalement séparé du moule de base (7). Comparativement aux autres procédés connus, ce procédé permet de parvenir à une fabrication simple et peu complexe de porte-écran plans.
