Abstract (en)
A new method for the metering of predeterminable quantities of fibre flocks of different quality and/or colour in a mixing appliance having a plurality of metering devices (12a, 12b, 12c) is presented. To produce a non-uniform fibre sliver which can be non-uniform both visually and structurally, the instantaneous production rate at which the fibre flocks are added to the mixture of at least one predetermined mixture component is changed regularly in time between a minimum value (O, Pmin) and a maximum value (Pmax). <IMAGE>

Es wird ein neues Verfahren zur Dosierung von vorgebbaren Mengen von Faserflocken unterschiedlicher Qualität und/oder Farbe in einer Mischvorrichtung mit mehreren Dosiervorrichtungen (12a,12b,12c) vorgestellt. Für die Herstellung eines inhomogenen Faserbandes, das sowohl optisch als auch strukturell inhomogen sein kann, wird die momentane Produktionsrate, mit welcher die Faserflocken mindestens eine vorbestimmte Mischungskomponente in die Mischung beigegeben werden, zwischen einem Minimalwert (O,Pmin) und einen Maximalwert (Pmax) zeitlich regelmässig geändert. <IMAGE>
