The invention relates to a power resistor cooled by natural convection including at least one resistive strip (43) arranged in a casing providing for its support and supporting the electrical connections to the strip, the support of the resistive strip being achieved by means of support combs holding the resistive strip by its longitudinal edges, characterised in that the casing consists only of two flanges (31, 32) spaced apart by at least a part of the support combs (33, 34). <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une résistance de puissance refroidie par convection naturelle comportant au moins un ruban résistif (43) disposé dans un caisson assurant son maintien et supportant les connexions électriques au ruban, le maintien du ruban résistif étant réalisé par l'intermédiaire de supports-peignes retenant le ruban résistif par ses bords longitudinaux, caractérisée en ce que le caisson n'est constitué que de deux flasques (31, 32) entretoisés par au moins une partie des supports-peignes (33, 34). <IMAGE>
