La présente invention a pour objet le perfectionnement d'un système d'implants dentaires destinés à être fixés dans les maxillaires. L'assemblage implant-moignon se fait par indexage multiple, l'implant (2) comportant un xn pans femelle et le moignon (8) un n pans mâle. Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention, l'implant comporte le n pans mâle et le moignon le xn pans femelle.
