[origin: DE4316054A1] The stock inlet, for a paper-making machine, has a divided feed system to deliver suspensions with different characteristics. a feed for a common compsn. is divided into separate paths or channels. At least one divider is at least in one channel to separate the suspension into selected parts. A channel to carry the suspension away and a channel to carry it onwards is at each divider. At least two dividers, in succession, are in at least one channel, or they are parallel to each other. A flow control is at the common feed, and each channel has an individual flow control. Each divider is separately controlled, using a sifter, hydrocyclone or a centrifugal separator. At least one separator serves several sections, and at least one section is served by separators. USE/ADVANTAGE - The stock inlet, across the width of the paper-making machine, delivers the fibre suspension pulp according to the paper type and quality to be produced. The system allows suspension to be structured according to use, from a common feed, and gives sections of suspension delivery independent of each other.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stoffauflauf einer Papiermaschine mit sektionierter Zuführung von Stoffsuspension mit unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften. Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale: es ist eine Zuführung eines gemeinsamen Stoffgemisches vorgesehen; die Zuführung teilt sich in eine Vielzahl einzelner Leitungen oder Kanäle auf; in jeder einzelnen Leitung ist mindestens eine Trennvorrichtung vorgesehen, die bestimmte Stoffsuspensionsanteile in einstellbarer Weise abtrennt; nach jeder Trennvorrichtung ist jeweils eine vom Stoffauflauf wegführende Leitung und eine weiterführende Leitung vorgesehen. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Beeinflussung von Querprofilen einer Faserbahn mit einem Stoffauflauf mit sektionierten Stoffsuspensionszuführungen, wobei sektionsweise mindestens eine Trennung der Bestandteile eines Stoffsuspensionsstromes vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
