[origin: WO9413566A1] The invention concerns a device located at a downwards step (20), between a first and a second conveyor path (1, 23), at which a first overlapping article stream (2) is fanned out and transferred to form a second deflected overlapping article stream (3). Located before and after the downwards step (20) are pressure rollers (5, 10) which press against the upper surfaces of the first and second stream (2, 3), respectively, and which represent means for directing the second stream (3). The invention thus ensures compactness and precision in the change in direction of the diverted stream (3) without the need for a lateral guide wall.

Entre une première et une deuxième section de transport (1, 23) se trouve un décrochement (20) conduisant vers le bas au niveau duquel un premier flux de nappes (20) est réparti et transféré pour constituer un deuxième flux de nappes dévié (3). Avant et après le décrochement (20) sont disposés des cylindres de pression (5, 10) qui sont placés contre la face supérieure du premier ou du deuxième flux de nappes (2, 3) et qui forment des dispositifs permettant de diriger le deuxième flux de nappes (3). On peut ainsi obtenir, sans paroi de guidage latéral, une homogénéité et une direction constante du flux de nappes dévié (3).
