Abstract (en)
The proposal is for a casting set for a pressure die casting machine which comprises a casting chamber (2) with a casting plunger (3) guided therein. In order to supply the outer circumferential surface of the casting plunger (3) with lubricant, the casting chamber (2) has an annular encircling lubricant channel (10) which is supplied via a feed line (11) with lubricant which, after flowing through the lubricant channel, enters a drain line (17) for the lubricant. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Gießgarnitur für eine Druckgießmaschine vorgeschlagen, die eine Gießkammer (2) mit einem darin geführten Gießkolben (3) umfaßt. Um den Gießkolben (3) an seiner Außenmantelfläche mit Schmierstoff zu beaufschlagen, weist die Gießkammer (2) einen ringförmig umlaufenden Schmiermittel-Kanal (10) auf, der über eine Zuführleitung (11) mit Schmiermittel beaufschlagt wird, welches nach Durchströmen des Schmiermittel-Kanals in eine Abflußleitung (17) für das Schmiermittel gelangt. <IMAGE>
