[origin: DE4205121A1] A process for winding hair strands (20) for permanent waving is disclosed. The hair tips (21) in a hair strand (20) are secured in the area of a holding strip (1, 50) located near the head, below the upper edge (6) of the holding strip (1, 50), and the holding strip (1, 50) is wound together with the hair strand (20) secured thereto by means of a curling device (12, 13) which is then removed. The holding strip (1, 50) forms the curler (30, 110).

Selon un procédé d'enroulement de mèches de cheveux (20) pour la réalisation d'une permanente, on fixe les pointes (21) des cheveux qui constituent la mêche (20) dans la zone proche de la tête d'une bande de retenue (1, 50), au-dessous du bord supérieur (6) de celle-ci, puis on enroule la bande de retenue (1, 50) avec la mèche de cheveux (20) fixée à celle-ci depuis l'extrémité la plus éloignée de la tête en utilisant un fer à friser (12, 13) qui est ensuite enlevé. La bande de retenue (1, 50) forme le rouleau (30, 110).
