[origin: WO9317470A1] The invention concerns a plug-in connector comprising a trough-shaped socket unit and a plug unit which fits into the socket unit, the ends of said connector each having safety ribs which together give the plug unit a width larger than the greatest internal diameter of the socket unit. This prevents the plug unit from being inserted crooked and hence damaging the pins located in the socket unit.

Ce connecteur enfichable, composé d'une partie femelle en cuvette et d'une partie mâle enfichable dans la partie femelle et s'adaptant à celle-ci, possède dans chacune de ses zones terminales des nervures de sûreté qui donnent ensemble à la partie mâle une largeur supérieure au plus grand diamètre intérieur de la partie femelle. On évite ainsi un enfichage en biais et donc un endommagement des broches de connexion disposées dans la partie femelle.
