Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme und/oder zum Bewickeln einer Kabeltrommel, mit einem portalartigen, verfahrbaren Rahmen (1), an dem zwei mit Eingreifelementen (14) zur Aufnahme der Kabeltrommel (15) versehene, über jeweils ein Hubwerk (3,5a,5b) höhenverstellbare Tragarme (2) gehalten sind, wobei jedes Hubwerk (3,5a,5b) am Rahmen (1) pendelnd angeordnet ist, wobei der Tragarm (2) selbst an dem ihm zugeordneten Hubwerk (5b) mittels Federelemente (7,8) in einer vorwählbaren Lage federnd aufgehängt ist. <IMAGE>
