[origin: EP0467101A1] Device for loading the spindles (10) of a bobbin creel (11) or the like with full yarn bobbins (12), having a loading device (13) which attaches the full yarn bobbins (12) of a bobbin stock onto the horizontal spindles (10), arranged above one another, of carriages (15) movable in a rail-borne manner between the loading device (13) and the bobbin creel (11). To design a device with carriages (15) serving for bobbin transport in such a way that the bobbin creel (11) can be in operation even during the loading process, but without losing the advantage of the transport of the full yarn bobbins (12) of a bobbin stock to the bobbin creel (11) by yarn bobbins (12) preceding them on a carriage (15), this device is so designed that at least one transfer carriage (15) serving for loading the winding points (16) of the creel (11) can be moved into a bobbin-transfer position (17) in the vicinity of the winding points (16), and that this carriage (15) has, for receiving the bobbins (12) to be transferred to the creel (11), a single vertical row of spindles, the spindles (14) of which are in alignment with the bobbin spindles (10) of the creel (11) in a bobbin-transfer position and which are each assigned a bobbin push-over device. <IMAGE>
