[origin: WO9317866A1] In an appliance for covering pressure-formed products with dust, a powder box (24) has a downstream section (28), seen in the transport direction, whose covering wall (40, 42) is located at a greater distance from the transport surface (18) of the products than the covering wall (38) of an upstream section (26) of the box. A downstream air nozzle arrangement (60) generates an air curtain (62) that impinges on the pressure-formed products at an angle opposite to the product transport direction. This dusting appliance scatters very little powder in the environment, even at high transport speeds of the pressure-moulded products and high concentration of powder inside the powder box (24).
