[origin: EP0629720A2] Disclosed are polyolefin fibers, for the preparation of nonwoven fabrics, prepared by using dies having a real or equivalent output diameter of the holes greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, with the proviso that for fibers having a count greater than or equal to 4 dtex, the ratio of the said output hole diameter to the count is greater than or equal to 0.06 mm/dtex.
