Plastic container (packaging box), formed by a rigid receptacle (2) and a lid (3), both having a peripheral rim in the shape of an inverted U, formed by two, respectively inner and outer, branches, the two outer branches being surrounded by a welded annular strip on the periphery and including rupture notches, characterised in that, on one side of the receptacle (2) and of the lid (3), the notches are discontinuous in order thereby to define, in the stacking arrangement, a non-detachable region (45) intended, after tearing off the detachable strip, to form a hinge for the lid (3) to pivot on the receptacle (2). <IMAGE>

Boite de conditionnement en matière plastique, formée d'une barquette rigide (2) et d'un couvercle (3), présentant tous deux un rebord périphérique en forme de U inversé, formé de deux branches respectivement interne et externe, les deux branches externes sont entourées d'une bande annulaire soudée en périphérie et comporte des entailles de rupture, caractérisée en ce que, sur un côté de la barquette (2) et du couvercle (3), les entailles sont interrompues pour ainsi définir dans l'empilement une zone non-détachable (45) destinée, après déchirure de la bande détachable, à former charnière d'articulation du couvercle (3) sur la barquette (2). <IMAGE>
