Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH0710453A] PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic carrier simple and economical but strong and suitable for carrying an object of large dimensions and capable of easily preventing a longitudinal movement effect. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic carrier of this invention has a fixed part having two pole pieces 1, 2 symmetric against a vertical intermediate flat surface and connected to each other by non-magnetic elements 3, 4 and a cylindrical rotor 5 installed free to rotate around a horizontal shaft 6 between the two magnetic pole pieces 1, 2. These two poles pieces 1, 2 are separated from each other below so as to increase a distance between lower end parts 9 of each of the pole pieces 1, 2 constituting a working pole capable of attracting a strong magnetic material made object at a 'working' position. The rotor 5 has an asymmetrical structure having two heterogenous soft steel made part pieces 23, 24, and a 'rare earth' type permanent magnet 25 is inserted between the two soft steel made part pieces 23, 24.

Le porteur magnétique comprend une partie fixe avec deux pièces polaires (1,2), symétriques par rapport à un plan médian vertical (7), réunies l'une à l'autre par des éléments amagnétiques (3,4), et un rotor cylindrique (5) monté tournant autour d'un axe horizontal (6) entre les deux pièces polaires (1,2). Ces deux pièces polaires (1,2) vont en s'écartant l'une de l'autre vers le bas, de manière à augmenter la distance entre leurs extrémités inférieures (9) respectives constituant, en position "marche", des pôles actifs permettant l'attraction d'un objet en matériau ferromagnétique (27). Le rotor (5) possède une structure dissymétrique, avec deux pièces en acier doux (23,24) inégales, entre lesquelles sont insérées des aimants permanents (25), du type "terres rares".
