In the process according to the invention, provision is made for the lower end of the charging tube (1) to be closed after completion of the charging operation upon commencement of the lifting and for the closure to be maintained until the next charging operation. For this purpose, the lower end of the charging tube (1) is equipped with a movable closure member (7) capable of performing, by means of two hydraulic cylinders (12; 13), a lifting and lowering movement and also a pivoting movement. <IMAGE>

Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ist vorgesehen, daß das untere Ende des Füllrohres (1) nach Beendigung des Füllvorganges bei Beginn des Anhebens verschlossen wird und der Verschluß bis zum nächsten Füllvorgang aufrechterhalten wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist das untere Ende des Füllrohres (1) mit einem beweglichen Verschlußorgan (7) versehen, das mittels zweier Hydraulikzylinder (12; 13) eine Hub- und Senkbewegung sowie eine Schwenkbewegung ausführen kann. <IMAGE>
