A container closure with a snap-on function consists of a bottom part (1) and a top part (2). The bottom part (1) and the top part (2) are connected to one another via a hinge strip (13) and via strip-shaped connection parts (14) which are arranged on both sides of the hinge strip (13) and are non-elastic. The attachment points (18) of the strip-shaped connection parts (14) on the bottom part (1) and on the top part (2) extend parallel to the pivot axis. In order to apply the spring force required for the snapping function, a slot (19) is provided in the top part (2) between the hinge strip (13) and each of the two strip-shaped connection parts (14), which slot extends essentially perpendicular to the plane of separation (7). Abstract (de)
Ein Behälterverschluß mit Schnappfunktion besteht aus einem Unterteil (1) und einem Oberteil (2). Unterteil (1) und Oberteil (2) sind über ein Scharnierband (13) und über zu beiden Seiten des Scharnierbandes (13) angeordnete, nicht zugelastische, streifenförmige Verbindungsteile (14) miteinander verbunden. Die Ansatzstellen (18) der streifenförmigen Verbindungsteile (14) am Unterteil (1) bzw. am Oberteil (2) verlaufen parallel zur Schwenkachse. Um die für die Schnappfunktion erforderliche Federkraft aufzubringen, sind im Oberteil (2) zwischen dem Scharnierband (13) und jedem der beiden streifenförmigen Verbindungsteile (14) ein im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Trennebene (7) verlaufender Schlitz (19) vorgesehen. Der zwischen den Schlitzen (19) liegende Bereich (19') der Wand (2') des Oberteils (2) des Verschlusses kann unabhängig von dem übrigen Teil des Oberteils (2) hin und her federn. <IMAGE>
