Diese Erfindung hat ein Profil mit offenem Querschnitt (2) insbesondere für Kunststoffrolläden zum Gegenstand, das aus einem Einzelteil oder aus mehreren Profilelementen besteht, die durch Weichscharniere (3) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei dieses Profil (2) außen und entlang seiner Ränder ein Verbindungsmittel zur Verbindung mit einem anderen entsprechenden Profil (2) enthält. Dieses Profil ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem Längsversteifungsmittel (4) versehen ist. <IMAGE>
