Abstract (en)
A signalling lamp for a motor vehicle comprises a light source, an outer cover lens, a transluscent intermediate shield (20), placed between the light source and the cover lens and having on its outer surface opaque regions (21) which define light-passage windows (22), and first optical elements (23) formed on the inner side of the intermediate shield for causing the light coming from the source and the flux recoverer to converge towards the said windows while giving it a spread in a first direction. According to the invention, the intermediate shield comprises, on the outer side, at the level of at least a portion of the light-passage windows (22), second optical elements (24) which spread the light in a second direction which is generally perpendicular to the first. <IMAGE>

Un feu de signalisation pour véhicule automobile comprend une source lumineuse, un voyant externe, un écran intermédiaire translucide (20), placé entre la source lumineuse et le voyant, qui présente sur sa surface externe des zones opaques (21) qui délimitent des fenêtres (22) de passage de la lumière, et des premiers éléments optiques (23) formés du côté intérieur de l'écran intermédiaire pour faire converger la lumière issue de la source et du récupérateur de flux vers lesdites fenêtres en lui donnant un étalement dans une première direction. Selon l'invention, l'écran intermédiaire comporte, du côté externe, au niveau d'au moins une partie des fenêtres (22) de passage de la lumière, des deuxièmes éléments optiques (24) assurant un étalement de la lumière dans une deuxième direction généralement perpendiculaire à la première. <IMAGE>
