Abstract (en)
Turbo machine stator composed of a metal casing (2) surrounding a housing (3) bearing bearings (11) for pivots (10) of pivoting vanes (7). The mechanism (15) for controlling the pitch of the vanes (7) in particular comprises a radial rod (20) to which the thrust forces of the gases are transmitted, the casing (3) advantageously being formed of angular sectors of rings juxtaposed axially and which are not loaded. The bearings (11) therefore are not subjected to wear which would give rise to leakage of gases and losses in efficiency (output). Advantageously the casing is made of a composite material. <IMAGE>

Stator de turbomachine composé d'un carter (2) métallique entourant une enveloppe (3) porteuse de paliers (11) de pivots (10) d'aubes pivotantes (7). Le mécanisme de commande (15) du calage des aubes (7) comprend en particulier un axe radial (20) auquel sont transmis les efforts de poussée des gaz, l'enveloppe (3) étant avantageusement formée de secteurs angulaires de couronnes juxtaposées axialement et qui ne sont pas chargés. Les paliers (11) ne subissent donc pas d'usure génératrice de fuite de gaz et de pertes de rendement. Avantageusement, l'enveloppe est en matériau composite. <IMAGE>
