The invention relates to a positive-displacement piston pump, with an axial piston (3) driven in a reciprocating linear motion within the body (1) of the pump by a cam-type mechanism which is moved in rotation about an axis (14) coaxial with the longitudinal axis of the piston and which acts on one of the ends of the said piston while the latter is permanently urged in the opposite direction by an elastic means (8), this pump especially being noteworthy in that the cam-type mechanism includes a double cam (11) and that the end of the piston which points towards the said cam rests on a transverse small bar (7) which is fixed in rotation but guided in translation in the direction of motion of the piston, the said small bar resting on the cam (11) so that the latter, in combination with the elastic means (8), imparts a reciprocating rectilinear motion to the said small bar (7) and to the piston (3). <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une pompe volumétrique à piston (3) axial entraîné dans un mouvement linéaire alternatif dans le corps (1) de la pompe par un mécanisme à came qui est mû en rotation selon un axe (14) coaxial à l'axe longitudinal du piston et qui agit sur l'une des extrêmités dudit piston tandis que celui-ci est sollicité en permanence en sens inverse par un moyen élastique (8), cette pompe étant notamment remarquable en ce que le mécanisme à came comporte une came (11) double et que l'extrémité du piston tournée vers ladite came s'appuie sur une barrette (7) transversale fixe en rotation mais guidée en translation dans le sens du mouvement du piston, ladite barrette reposant sur la came (11), de telle sorte que celle-ci, en combinaison avec le moyen élastique (8), imprime à ladite barrette (7) et au piston (3), un mouvement rectiligne alternatif. <IMAGE>
