Abstract (en)
A lamp (bulb) (5) is inserted into an opening (4) at the apex of a reflector (3) of a vehicle headlamp (headlight) from the rear of the headlamp. The cap (base) (6) of the lamp (5) has a circumferential flange (11) with positioning flaps (12) which extend radially outwards. The opening (4) of the reflector (3) is surrounded by a locking ring (15) which is made of plastic and on which resilient tongues (16) are integrally formed. The lamp (5) can be guided through with its positioning flaps (12) between the tongues (16) and, after a subsequent rotation about its longitudinal axis, engages beneath the resilient tongues (16). The resilient tongues (16) bear in the final position of the lamp (5) with prestress against the positioning flaps (12) and press the lamp (5) with its flange (11) against a bearing surface (26) which is directed towards the lamp (5) and is formed by an inner edge section which is integrally formed on the locking ring (15). The inner edge section (21) is arranged between the resilient tongues (16) and the reflector (3) at a distance from the resilient tongues (16). <IMAGE>

In eine Öffnung (4) am Scheitel eines Reflektors (3) eines Fahrzeugscheinwerfers ist von der Rückseite des Scheinwerfers her eine Lampe (5) eingesetzt. Der Sockel (6) der Lampe (5) weist einen umlaufenden Flansch (11) mit radial nach außen sich erstreckenden Positionierungslappen (12) auf. Die Öffnung (4) des Reflektors (3) ist von einem Arretierungsring (15) umgeben, welcher aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist und an welchem federnde Zungen (16) angeformt sind. Die Lampe (5) ist mit ihren Positionierungslappen (12) zwischen den Zungen (16) hindurchführbar und untergreift nach einem anschließenden Drehen um ihre Längsachse die federnden Zungen (16). In der Endstellung der Lampe (5) liegen die federnden Zungen (16) unter Vorspannung an den Positionierungslappen (12) an und drücken die Lampe (5) mit ihrem Flansch (11) gegen eine entgegen der Lampe (5) gerichtete Anlagefläche (26), welche von einem an den Arretierungsring (15) angeformten inneren Randabschnitt gebildet ist. Der innere Randabschnitt (21) ist zwischen den federnden Zungen (16) und dem Reflektor (3) in einem Abstand zu den federnden Zungen (16) angeordnet. <IMAGE>
