The invention relates to an assembly for supporting at least one forearm during the operation of keyboards, during assembly work or the like, comprising at least one lever which can be fixed to a table- or worktop and is connected via at least one lockable joint with a pivotable carrier for receiving a support plate, the joint having two endpieces which can be braced with respect to each other and between which are arranged a plurality of lamellae secured alternately to different joint arms so as to be fixed in terms of rotation. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Abstützung mindestens eines Unterarmes bei der Betätigung von Tastaturen, bei Montagearbeiten oder dgl. bestehend aus mindestens einem an einer Tisch- bzw. Arbeitsplatte befestigbaren Hebel, der über mindestens ein feststellbares Gelenk mit einem schwenkbaren Träger zur Aufnahme einer Abstützplatte verbundenist, wobei das Gelenk zwei gegeneinander verspannbare Endstücke aufweist, zwischen denen mehrere wechselweise an unterschiedlichen Gelenkarmen drehfest gesicherte Lamellen angeordnet sind. Damit der bisherige Befestigungsvorgang der dem Befestigungsbügel und der Abstützplatte zugeordneten Lamellen entfallen kann und die Lamellen bzw. deren Funktion nicht mehr von Staub von Schmutz beeinträchtigt werden und um den optischen Eindruck zu verbessern, besitzen der Träger (6) und der Hebel (1) mindestens einen in der Gelenkachse befindlichen Zapfen (7) zur Aufnahme der Lamellen (8), jede zweite Lamelle (8a) ist drehfest auf dem Zapfen (7) gesichert, der Zapfen (7) ragt zusammen mit allen Lamellen (8) in eine Aussparung (9) eines Endstückes (10) und in der Aussparung (9) sind die anderen Lamellen (8b) gegen Drehung gesichert. <IMAGE>
