Process for the preparation of peroxosulphuric acids from aqueous sulphuric acids in an electrolytic cell which is divided into two by a cationic exchanger membrane, by oxidation of the aqueous sulphuric acid on a smooth platinum anode in the presence of thiocyanates and/or rhodanic acid (thiocyanic acid, hydrogen thiocyanate) and/or dirhodan (cyanogen disulphide) and thioamides and/or thioaldehydes and/or thiocarboxylic acids and/or thiocarboxylic acid esters and/or thioalkanols and/or thioketals and/or dithiocompounds and/or nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic compounds, the peroxosulphuric acids being obtained with high current yields.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Peroxoschwefelsäuren aus wäßrigen Schwefelsäuren in einer durch eine Kationenaustauschermembran zweigeteilten Elektrolysezelle durch Oxidation der wäßrigen Schwefelsäure an einer glatten Platinanode in Gegenwart von Thiocyanaten und/oder Rhodanwasserstoffsäure und/oder Dirhodan und Thioamiden und/ oder Thioaldehyden und/oder Thiocarbonsäuren und/oder Thiocarbonsäureestern und/oder Thioalkanolen und/oder Thioketalen und/oder Dithioverbindungen und/ oder stickstoffhaltigen Heteroaromaten, wobei man die Peroxoschwefelsäuren mit hohen Stromausbeuten erhält.
