Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Halterung eines im wesentlichen flach ausgebildeten Elementes (2), insbesondere zur Aufhängung einer Tasche sowie ein flach ausgebildetes Element mit einer Halterungsvorrichtung, wobei die Halterungsvorrichtung (1) wenigstens einen Halterungsteil (3,3') sowie mit dem Element (2) koppelbare Verbindungsmittel (5,5') aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsmittel derart gestaltet sind, daß die Halterungsvorrichtung in wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Gebrauchsstellungen mit dem Element koppelbar ist. <IMAGE>
