Abstract (en)
The combing machine contains a row of combing heads (1) which are assigned a driveshaft (2) extending parallel to the longitudinal direction of the row. The combing heads (1) are followed by a drawframe, the rollers (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) of which are arranged horizontally and at right angles to the driveshaft (2). A coiler (9) and a can plate (10) are rotatable about vertical axes. The simplified drive devices for the rollers (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) of the drawframe and for the coiler (9) and the can plate (10) contain two angle drives (11, 12, 13; 30, 31, 32) each with an offset toothed belt (12; 31). The first angle drive (11, 12, 13) connects the driveshaft (2) to a drawframe driveshaft (14) parallel to the rollers (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) of the drawframe. Die Kämmaschine enthält eine Reihe von Kämmköpfen (1), denen eine parallel zur Längsrichtung der Reihe verlaufende Antriebswelle (2) zugeordnet ist. Den Kämmköpfen (1) ist ein Streckwerk nachgeschaltet, dessen Walzen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) horizontal und rechtwinklig zur Antriebswelle (2) angeordnet sind. Ein Trichterrad (9) und ein Kannenteller (10) sind um vertikale Achsen drehbar. Die vereinfachten Antriebseinrichtungen für die Walzen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) des Streckwerks und für das Trichterrad (9) und den Kannenteller (10) enthalten zwei Winkeltriebe (11, 12, 13; 30, 31, 32) mit je einem geschränkten Zahnriemen (12; 31). Der erste Winkeltrieb (11, 12, 13) verbindet die Antriebswelle (2) mit einer zu den Walzen (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) des Streckwerks parallelen Streckwerk-Antriebswelle (14). Der zweite Winkeltrieb (30, 31, 32) verbindet eine zur Streckwerk-Antriebswelle (14) parallele Welle (26) mit einer vertikalen Antriebswelle (33) für das Trichterrad (9) und den Kannenteller (10). <IMAGE>
