A hydraulically actuated diaphragm pump has a diaphragm (1) which consists of at least two individual layers (1a, 1b). Said individual layers are clamped, at least in their central zone, between a discharge chamber-side and a hydraulics chamber-side linkage member (25, 26) and are thereby mechanically linked to one another. The linkage members (25, 26) are further linked to a spool valve (pilot valve, control valve) (19) of a leakage replenishment device which is controlled by the position of the diaphragm, the spool valve being guided so as to be displaceable in the pump body (2). <IMAGE>

Bei einer hydraulisch angetriebenen Membranpumpe mit einer aus wenigstens zwei Einzellagen (1a, 1b) bestehenden Membran (1) sind diese Einzellagen zumindest in ihrem zentralen Bereich zwischen einem förderraumseitigen und einem hydraulikraumseitigen Kopplungsglied (25, 26) eingespannt und dadurch mechanisch miteinander verbunden. Die Kopplungsglieder (25, 26) sind weiterhin mit einem Steuerschieber (19) einer membranlagengesteuerten Leckergänzungseinrichtung verbunden, der im Pumpenkörper (2) verschiebbar geführt ist. <IMAGE>
