The present invention relates to a tulip-type contact, intended to interact with a cylindrical male contact (1) and including parallel contact fingers (2), arranged side by side along the generatrices of a cylinder and provided with a common base part (3). The contact comprises a limiter of the radio travel of the fingers, which consists of a tube (4) coaxial with the fingers (2) on which the fingers (2) abut in maximum radial expansion position, and an elastic element (5) is associated with each finger (2), this element being arranged between the said tube (4) and the finger (2) and working in compression when the fingers (2) expand. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un contact de type tulipe, destiné à coopérer avec un contact mâle cylindrique (1) et comportant des doigts de contact (2) parallèles, disposés côte à côte selon les génératrices d'un cylindre et pourvus d'une embase commune (3). Le contact comprend un limiteur de course radiale des doigts constitué d'un tube (4) coaxial aux doigts (2) sur lequel viennent buter les doigts (2) en position maximale d'expansion radiale et à chaque doigt (2) est associé un organe élastique (5) disposé entre ledit tube (4) et le doigt (2) et travaillant en compression lors de l'expansion des doigts (2). <IMAGE>
