A wooden beam (1) having an upper surface has a profile which complements the profile of the lower surface and consists of a central body (2) and of two longitudinal strips (3, 4) bonded onto the vertical external longitudinal surfaces of the central body. The profile of the upper surface has two parallel longitudinal tenons (11, 13) between them forming a longitudinal mortice (12), and two horizontal longitudinal rims (14, 15). The profile of the lower surface has two parallel longitudinal mortices (21, 23) and two longitudinal horizontal flaps (24, 25). The depth of the mortices (21, 23) formed in the lower surface is greater than the height of the tenons (11, 13) of the upper surface. <IMAGE>

Une poutre en bois (1) ayant une face supérieure présente un profil complémentaire du profil de la face inférieure et est constituée d'un corps central (2) et de deux lamelles longitudinales (3, 4) collées sur les faces longitudinales extérieures verticales du corps central. Le profil de la face supérieure présente deux tenons longitudinaux parallèles (11, 13) formant entre eux une mortaise longitudinale (12), et deux rebords longitudinaux horizontaux (14, 15). Le profil de la face inférieure présente deux mortaises longitudinales parallèles (21, 23) et deux plats horizontaux longitudinaux (24, 25). La profondeur des mortaises (21, 23) formées dans la face inférieure est plus grande que la hauteur des tenons (11, 13) de la face supérieure. <IMAGE>
