The invention relates to a method for quantitative analysis of liquid samples. A sample is dried and exposed to visible and/or infrared light. Diffusely or specularly reflected light from the sample and the sample-holder is detected and evaluated. The invention furthermore relates to a system for carrying out the method according to the invention and to sample-holders having diffusely or specularly reflecting surface. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur quantitativen Analyse von Probeflüssigkeiten. Eine Probe wird eingetrocknet und mit sichtbarem und/oder infrarotem Licht bestrahlt. Von der Probe und dem Probeträger diffus oder spiegelnd reflektiertes Licht wird detektiert und ausgewertet. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein System zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens und Probeträger mit diffus oder spiegelnd reflektierender Oberfläche. <IMAGE>
