[origin: EP0647568A2] In a transport container for liquid or flowing materials, having an outer, foldable cardboard wrapper in which a thin-walled plastic container of corresponding design is inserted, said plastic container (1) is fitted by means of an outwardly projecting holding collar (3) onto a supporting frame (4) arranged between the foldable cardboard wrapper (6) and the inner container (1). In this case, the supporting frame (4) can consist of the material forming the folding box (6). This can be corrugated cardboard, in which case the corrugations extend in an upright manner.
