Abstract (en)
The transport clamps (16) driven in the conveying direction (F) hold the printed products (26) in the region of their fold (28). Underneath the conveying means (10) there is a supporting element (38) which supports the printed products in their edge region (44) and with the leading edge (34). Arranged on rotating supporting arms (70) are opening elements (22) resembling suction heads, which, as a result of the inward pivoting of the supporting arms (70), engage in each case between two printed products (26) and come to bear from above on the edge region (44) of the printed product to be opened. Mounted on the hollow shaft (48) is a suction roller, of which a suction head (50) comes to bear in each case on the edge region (44) from below. The opening element (72) and the suction roller (46) retain respectively the first and second product part (30, 32) of the printed product for the purpose of opening the printed product (26) and lift these off from one another, after which a keeping-open element (102) moves from below between the product parts (30, 32) in order to keep the printed product (26) open during further transport. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die in Förderrichtung (F) angetriebenen Transportklammern (16) halten die Druckereiprodukte (26) bei ihrem Falz (28). Unterhalb der Fördereinrichtung (10) ist ein Stützelement (38) vorhanden, das die Druckereiprodukte in ihrem Randbereich (44) und mit vorlaufender Kante (34) abstützt. An umlaufenden Tragarmen (70) sind saugkopfartige Oeffnungselemente (72) angeordnet, die durch Einschwenken der Tragarme (70) zwischen jeweils zwei Druckereiprodukten (26) eingreifen und sich von oben auf den Randbereich (44) des zu öffnenden Druckereiproduktes anlegen. An der Hohlwelle (48) ist eine Saugwalze gelagert, von der sich jeweils ein Saugkopf (50) von unten am Randbereich (44) anlegt. Das Oeffnungselement (72) und die Saugwalze (46) halten zum Oeffnen des Druckereiprodukts (26) dessen ersten bzw. zweiten Produkteteil (30,32) fest und heben diese voneinander ab, wonach ein Offenhalteelement (102) von unten zwischen die Produkteteile (30,32) einfährt, um das Druckereiprodukt (26) beim Weitertransport offen zu halten. <IMAGE>
