Bei der Vorrichtung ist in einem Antriebsstrang zwischen der Abtriebswelle eines Asynchronmotors und der Antriebswelle eines Hebezeugs ein Getriebe vorgesehen. In dem Antriebsstrang ist außerdem eine Rutschkupplung (3) angeordnet. Vorzugsweise ist die Rutschkupplung (3) in das Getriebe eingebaut. <IMAGE>
