A signalling light for a motor vehicle comprises a plurality of low-power light sources (10), a cover lens (40) arranged in front of the sources and an intermediate optical processing plate (30) arranged between the sources and the cover lens. According to the invention the intermediate plate comprises, on its face pointing towards the sources, ordered arrangements (31) for spreading the light flux and, on its face pointing towards the cover lens, arrangements (32) for concentrating light flux. The invention also provides for optical arrangements with two series of V-shaped grooves oriented transversely to each other so as to define four favoured deflection directions. Application to lights with light-emitting diodes. <IMAGE>

Un feu de signalisation pour véhicule automobile comprend une pluralité de sources lumineuses (10) de faible puissance, une glace (40) disposée en avant des sources et une plaque intermédiaire de traitement optique (30) disposée entre les sources et la glace. Selon l'invention, la plaque intermédiaire comprend sur sa face tournée vers les sources des aménagements ordonnés (31) d'étalement de flux lumineux et sur sa face tournée vers la glace des aménagements (32) de concentration de flux lumineux. L'invention propose également des aménagements optiques à deux séries de sillons en "V" orientées transversalement l'une à l'autre de manière à définir quatre directions de déviation privilégiée. Application aux feux à diodes électroluminescentes. <IMAGE>
