The invention relates to a building element (1) for making reinforced-concrete floors or reinforced-concrete walls, having a base slab (2), a reinforcement (3) which is assigned to the base slab (2), and a spacer (4) which connects the reinforcement (3) to the base slab (2) and is fixed on the base slab (2). Ein Bauelement (1) zur Herstellung von Stahlbetondecken oder Stahlbetonwänden, mit einer Grundplatte (2), einer der Grundplatte (2) zugeordneten Bewehrung (3) und einem die Bewehrung (3) mit der Grundplatte (2) verbindenden, an der Grundplatte (2) festgelegten Abstandhalter (4), wird zur Erzielung einer schnellen und einfachen Montage der Bewehrung auf der Grundplatte derart ausgestaltet, daß der Abstandhalter (4) integraler Bestandteil der Bewehrung (3) ist. <IMAGE>
