Device permitting worn-out stairs to be renovated and lined, characterised in that it consists of an aluminium section (profile) comprising a vertical plane region (1) intended to be applied against the old riser support, a longitudinal striated region (2) forming a non-slip part, a part (3) intended to cover the step, a part (4) on the upper end of the section, serving to hold a step nosing, and a cavity (5) making it possible to introduce the step nosing and, on the lower end, a guide rail (slide) (7) formed from a projection for the housing of the step nosing. <IMAGE>

1) Dispositif permettant la rénovation et l'habillage d'escacliers usagés, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un profilé Aluminium comportant une zone plane verticale (1) destinée à s'appliquer sur l'ancien support de contre-marche, une zone striée (2) longitudinale, formant partie anti-dérapant, une partie (3) destinée à recouvrir la marche, une partie (4) en extrêmité supérieure du profilé, servant au maintient d'un nez de marche, et une cavité (5) permettant d'introduire le nez de marche et sur l'extrémité inférieure une glissière (7) formée d'une avancée pour le logement du nez de marche. <IMAGE>
