Gas burner, for stove or cooker hob, comprising a combustion head (1, 101) and a mixing chamber (11, 111), said head having a porous radiant element (4, 104), said chamber (11, 111) being arranged below the radiant element (4, 104) and receiving air and gas for feeding said radiant element with an air/gas mixture, at least one element (12, 112) forming an obstacle to the circulation of the air/gas mixture being arranged in said chamber (11, 111), characterised in that the element forming an obstacle (12, 112) defines, with the internal faces of the mixing chamber (11, 111), a circulation blade, in which the air/gas mixture is forced to circulate, being in contact with said internal faces so as to cool them. <IMAGE>

Brûleur à gaz, pour cuisinière ou table de cuisson, comportant une tête de combustion (1, 101) et une chambre de mélange (11, 111), ladite tête présentant un élément poreux radiant (4, 104), ladite chambre (11, 111) étant disposée sous l'élément radiant (4, 104) et recevant de l'air et du gaz pour alimenter ledit élément radiant en mélange air/gaz, au moins un élément (12, 112) formant obstacle à la circulation du mélange air/gaz étant disposé dans ladite chambre (11, 111), caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant obstacle (12, 112) définit avec les faces intérieures de la chambre de mélange (11, 111) une lame de circulation dans laquelle le mélange air/gaz est forcé à circuler en étant en contact avec lesdites faces intérieures de façon à les refroidir. <IMAGE>
