Abstract (en)
It is proposed to drive a real or virtual slave system with p degrees of freedom by means of a manual control device comprising a grip (10) formed of an active component (12) and of one or two information-return components (14). A displacement of speed sensor (24) can be mounted in the active component (12) in order to generate signals used in driving the slave system. Actuators mounted for example in a support linked to the grip (10) by a flexible cord (22) receive information from the slave system and transform it into a torque. This torque is transmitted to the information-return component (14), for example by cables (30, 34), so that a force representative of the information originating from the slave system is applied to the hand of the operator. <IMAGE>

Il est proposé de piloter un système esclave réel ou virtuel à p degrés de liberté au moyen d'un organe de commande manuelle comprenant une poignée (10) formée d'une pièce active (12) et d'une ou deux pièces (14) de retour d'information. Un capteur (24) de déplacement ou de vitesse peut être monté dans la pièce active (12), pour engendrer des signaux servant à piloter le système esclave. Des actionneurs, montés par exemple dans un support lié à la poignée (10) par un cordon souple (22), reçoivent des informations en provenance du système esclave et les transforment en un couple. Ce couple est transmis à la pièce (14) de retour d'information, par exemple par des câbles (30, 34), de telle sorte qu'un effort représentatif de l'information en provenance du système esclave est appliqué sur la main de l'opérateur. <IMAGE>
