Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a binding element intended to retain the end of a boot. It comprises a body which carries a jaw (8). The jaw (8) is movable vertically and its movement is transmitted to the return spring of the jaw, which compensates for a rearward fall. The boot sole is pinched between a support plate (25) and the sole gripper (13) of the jaw. The support plate is mounted movably about a longitudinal and horizontal axis (shaft) so that twisting of the boot causes the jaw to rise and thus the compensation means to be activated. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un élément de fixation destiné à retenir l'extrémité d'une chaussure. Il comprend un corps qui porte une mâchoire (8). La mâchoire (8) est mobile verticalement, et son mouvement est transmis au ressort de rappel de la mâchoire, ce qui constitue une compensation pour chute arrière. La semelle de chaussure est pincée entre une plaque de support (25) et le serre-semelle (13) de la mâchoire. La plaque de support est montée mobile autour d'un axe longitudinal et horizontal pour qu'un vrillage de la chaussure provoque une élévation de la mâchoire et donc une activation des moyens de compensation. <IMAGE>
