The locking bolts (16) can be locked into adjacent housing regions. Operating surfaces (36) on the bolt pieces (12, 13) can be arranged physically offset with respect to operating surfaces (6) on the indexing wheel (5) so that unlocking and rotation of the indexing wheel (5) can be carried out only by means of a very specific operating device of complex design, and it is also not possible to unlock it by force, because of the total of four locking bolts (16). <IMAGE>
